Lovebug Collars are handmade-to-order. All items are carefully crafted to ensure safety and to keep your pet secure and comfortable. Collars are constructed from 100% cotton, feature welded D-rings, premium metal side-release buckles, and nylon webbing lined with fusible interfacing for added strength and durability.

• Each collar includes a bowtie, sailor bowtie, or flower accessory.

• Pattern placement will vary since every piece is unique and handmade to fit each dog.

• All collars come with metal hardware for reliable performance.

The martingale is a type of collar designed to keep dogs safely on leash without choking. It works by gently constricting when a dog pulls: tension on the leash tightens the smaller loop, which in turn pulls the larger loop snugger. Martingales are placed over a dog’s neck and adjusted to allow two fingers underneath, preventing the dog from backing out of the collar. We recommend martingales for all new rescues who are a flight risk or tend to pull out of a standard collar.

Care Instructions:

• Wash in cold water on delicate cycle,

• Dry - lay flat to air dry,

• Flowers and bow ties - hand wash and lay flat to dry.
